Request for a Zone Change from the existing RM-40 zoning to the California Avenue Pedestrian and Transit Oriented Development Combining District (PTOD) Overlay District for this site, to allow for a mixed use development consisting of eight residential condominiums above 10,257 square feet of ground floor office space, below grade parking garage and related site improvements. Environmental Assessment: An Initial Study has been completed and a Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements.
